National Pool Care National Pool Pros provided technical support for a complex pool install with all necessary products to complete the installation.Our purchase encompassed multiple complex orders and different delivery times.

They had all the items that we needed as their product offering seems to cover the entire pool industry. A few items were special order and had extended delivery time but that can ce expected for a complex installation.

The website is easy to use for customer service and very reliable response time.My kids think they are the greatest because they love our new pool..Thank You NATIONAL POOL CARE.

I called and spoke with a customer service rep and advised that I was building a pool and wanted the specifications for some equipment that would be required. I was referred to a pool specialist that had over 25 years experience as a pool contractor.

He provided me with all the specs I requested and made some reasonable recommendations for changes that might help in the design. I was also provided with a complete bill of materials and estimate of normal time to complete to install.

The information was provided to my pool contractor and proved to be extremely accurate , very competetively priced, and was delivered on time for installation.

These guys provided every piece of equipment to build my pool except the steel and concrete. It was the most professional encounter that I have ever had with a pool contractor supply house. I give them a thums up.

National Pool Care - Liars, non responsive, nasty, multi company name

I made a purchase with national pool pro, their web sites claim they are suppliers to the gov't and retails.do not trust them.

do a search on them and you will see their true name. After placing your order, they bill your account quickly, under the Radfords. They do not supply delivery information, repeated calls to their customer service, it is a tape message, which they never call back. Email them and they reply.

After repeated phone calls, you speak with someone who promises you the world and to look for the next email. waited for two weeks before I was able to speak with them again. They promise again. got a email saying it has been shipped, no confirmation number or tracking number provided or when to expect delivery or by whom, left messages for them to call back, repeated phone calls, no one picks up.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I notified my credit card to dispute this purchase as fraudulent.

This is not even close to the type of service we received from them as we used their customer service system and they were quite responsive.Their inbound voice system converted our messages to a ticket in their system and transcribed our message to test that was included in the ticket and then they responded to it.

I think you seem to be overacting here as all credit card purchases are secure and their is no way to loose your money.

That is why credit card disputes came about.Grow up !!

You need to resend your request by our crm system if you want a response to your request.please include your order number.

We are here and we do answer the phone. if you leave a valid message on the system you will get a response. also posting messages like this is irresponsible. the title comments make no sense.

you need to follow the established procedures for our ordering system.also an anonymous gives us no method to follow up on your issue.

National Pool Care - Bad communication, did not ship product

I found this company through Google Product Search, purchased 15 cartridge pool filters (T380 type). Bought and paid instantly, received a generic auto-generated order email and a link to check my order status.

After waiting a full week with no update to my order, I decided to check on my order status. This company does NOT answer their phone... ever. Even their voicemail message states that the way to check orders is online. BUT my online order status never changed a bit, at all.

For a few days I tried and tried to contact them through email and by leaving voicemails with my contact information and phone number. They never responded to either method once. I warned them one final time that if I did not get an order status I would open a case with PayPal. No reply.

I have to say, I am SO GLAD that I paid with PayPal, because I could at least have recourse to get my money back quickly. If I had paid with my bank card, I think I would have been sunk waiting for a refund from the company. I opened a paypal dispute, and the company STILL did not respond to me. The were forced to refund my money, but through it all I got NO communication with them.

I recommend NOT using National Pool Pros (National Pool Care).

Bull!

I turned in one of your tickets & received no response.

You took my money a month ago & I received 1 of 4 items I ordered. I payed with a debit card so Paypal is not involved.

I want my other 3 items or a refund or I will come & find you in Florida.

I too ordered some filters. I tried to figure out how to input a shipping address separate from my mailing address & could not find 1. As might be expected, I later received an email from them saying they could not ship to a PO box.

I Later I tried to log in to the account, but was unable to. I tried calling several times but have never heard a person's voice, only the strange robo-recording. No one has called back.

At 1 point I was able to log in, found the place to input a shipping address, & created a "ticket". Still no call, no email, no package & no refund.

I tried again today to create another "ticket", but this time again, was unable to log-on. And there appears to be no way to address a lost password.

I have been using the internet for 25 years & this company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with on-line or off.

Opening Dispute stops order.

Your order processed and shipped same day. If you would have created a customer service ticket you would have received a response. Your order was stopped in transit and retrieved and your money refunded as per your request. The voice mail you listened to is our overflow response and it advised you to create a ticket in our CRM system to get your answer.

Our system generates a stop order as soon as you open a dispute with PayPal.

I would stay away from this company BIG time.

1) Order part on 4/20/10

2) Receice confirmation number instantly

3) No status update for one week so contacted company on 4/26

4) Company states the order was pending because the shipping and billing address was different. It was the same address. Good thing I called them because I guess the order would sit forever before they called to clear up the "opps no problem" trouble. Was told order would ship today (this was 4/26

5) Company website still shows order as pending. Tried to contact them again and all I get is am email that says ORDER WILL SHIP TODAY . I guess the 4/26 promise was void and all I can do is hope it ships today 4/27

6) Finally get hold of someone on 4/28. And surprise, surprise. It still has NOT shipped. There was a problem with the shipping method. They wanted the filter delivered by a truck with a lift gate because it was so heavy. Item weight 65 lbs. Pallet weight 25 lbs. Once again National Pool did not contact me and if I had not called I guess it would have sat on the shippng dock until . . .

7) Finally I am told the item has been shipped on 4/30. Warehouse is 4 hours away but since it has taken all week to fix the shipping it is now Friday and I will have to wait until Monday to receive the filter.

8) No truck all morning so I decide to call before National Pool closes for the day. When I ask for the tracking information, I am told it is not like UPS or FedEx, you can't enter the number on the web and see where the truck is. But I get my information. . . kind of.

I am told the feight company is Southeast Transport. But National Pool does not have a phone number for the company, but I do get a tracking number.

After spending some time online, I come to realize that the freight company must be Southeastern Freight Lines, (I guess that kind of sounds like Southeast Transport).

Going to the Southeastern Freight Line website I find out that yes I can use the tracking number online. I type in the number and actually get a photocopy of the shipping invoice and the local Service Center phone number. When I call Southeastern, I am please to find out that this company does know what it is doing and not only are they sure my item is out for delivery, but that the driver has one stop ahead of me and should be there in about 40 - 50 minutes.

Just as I started typing this the truck pulled up. It has been 35 minutes since I spoke to the rep at Southeastern Feight. Top ratings to a great freight company shipping for a poor company.

In the end I received my goods, but only because I called National Pool every day. I thought that maybe it was just my order but when I was at the National Pool website http://nsch5.q9j34.servertrust.com/help.asp and I clicked on the MyTickets link without logging in. I got to see ALL the help tickets and WOW there were a lot

A couple hundred tickets and most asking for a status or a refund.

Scarier to me is that if one hole exists in a web site, maybe my credit info is not so safe.

My best advice is just to stay away. Stay far away from National Pool Care who also seems to use the name National Pool Pro. SO if you see the big yellow website (http://nsch5.q9j34.servertrust.com/Ticket_List.asp) I advise you to pick another company.

I ordered 4 parts on 25May, but I couldn't find a way to create a shipping address different from my billing address.But they debited my account instantly.

After leaving many unreturned voice mails & finally figuring out how to create a ticket (the log-in seems to toggle between 2 different passwords).

About 2 weeks a ago I received 1 item.I still don't know if they are ripping me off for the rest.

I am experiencing the same problem right now.I placed an order two weeks ago today and paid extra for the three day delivery and guess what, NOBODY ANSWERS THE TICKETS THAT YOU CREATE!!!

If you were a credible company, that had more than three employees, then maybe you wouldn't be experiencing so many pissed off customers.

That was a very unprofessional way to handle a customer complaint.Please learn how to do business correctly.

I had a very similar experience - ordered and paid for the product, it was never shipped.No explanation, exceptionally rude customer service.

I feel lucky that I received a refund, however I lost the use of my hot tub for 3 weeks while waiting for them.

Wish I'd found this forum prior to placing my order.I would NEVER do business with them again.

I took a great chance by ordering from that company - after reading the reviews I almost gave up.

Unfortunately, they were the only one carrying a specific product and other product had an excellent price so I just bit my lip and ordered... and waited very anxiously...

It is true that they are bit difficult to get hold of and Richard sounded ticked off when I tried to determine if he is legit, but guess what!

I have received my items, delivered on time, undamaged and exactly as ordered.

It is a pity that some people put off potential customers - there are many scams online and it is unreasonable to pick up on suppliers who don't steal your money.

how are we to distinguish between the real crooks and normal companies if you continue to write reviews like that about an honest company?

I wish people left reviews not only when they are "pissed" but good ones when they are happy!

I would give these folks B+ (not A because it is true that they send emails containing links to "order status" which don't work!) - I found it rather unnerving and frustrating.

Ponzi scheme cheaters, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.They will bill you, then becomes unresponsive, through their email or message left on their phone.

They very rarely answer their phone. You have to try 50 times without stopping before someone picks up. They thing promise you the world, all that is to satisfy you. nothing else.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.They also use different names, do your homework and you'll them to be nothing but a network working out of their house.

I had a similar experience, and am in resolution right now with PayPal to get my money back. Sad that in 2010, a company can't complete a simple sale online. Why have an ecommerce website if you aren't really in the business of selling and delivering a product?
